My Client is an established company based on the outskirts of Horncastle with over 15 years experience in the telemarketing, telesales industry. They are looking for bright, bubbly, enthusiastic and driven individuals to join their very friendly pro-active team.

You will ideally have previous experience working in a call centre / telesales environment.
You will need to be confident on the phone and able to
You will need to have good keyboard and IT skills and you will need to be able to deal courteously and professionally with the your clients.

You will have the ability to communicate on all levels, displaying a confident and focussed attitude towards your workload. You will be self-motivated and driven to do your best at all times and show a willingness to continue to learn and develop in your role.

The Role

Call prospective clients following call lists provided – this is calling on a business to business basis and not to the general public.
Generate appointments from outbound calls and emails
Maintain contact with your potential clients to drive new business
Record data onto CRM system
Explain products, services and prices where required

The Person

Have the ability to work under pressure
Confident, self-starter and motivated
Professional and well-mannered
Good written/verbal communication
Passionate about exceeding objectives and targets
Knowledge of sales/telesales advantageous

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 1pm
