Telesales/Call Centre Executive

My client based in Horncastle is a very well respected and liked company in the Horncastle area, well known for their staff retention and their friendly, caring nature towards their staff and customers alike.

With over 15 years experience in the telemarketing, telesales, event management and appointment generating industry, my client is expanding and taking on newer and larger contracts.

They are looking for enthusiastic Call Centre/Telesales representatives to contribute in generating appointments for their clients.

An effective call centre/telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone in a genuine and friendly manner.

Responsibilities:

Contact potential or existing business clients using given leads to inform them about a product or service
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements
Arrange appointments
Enter and update client information in the database
Go the “extra mile” to meet your targets and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and appointments made and note useful information

Requirements

Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ultimately you need to be an outgoing, bubbly, enthusiastic and driven individual with the desire and motivation to succeed in your role.
