Support Administrator

Our Newark based client is looking for a strong Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to join their ever growing team.

We are looking for a candidate that has –

•Proven customer service background
•Problem Solving Skills
•Objection Handling
•Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
•Good time management and organisational skills
•Self-motivated and resilient, a can-do positive attitude
•Knowledge of the educational sector is a plus.
•Professional telephone manner

You will be working Full Time Monday to Friday with an option for term time only

Salary is £18,000- £20,000 pa
