I have 11 positions available for my Summer Call Handling roles to work from 29th July until 30th September 2019
The above availability is very important so please do not apply if you cannot work full time between these dates

The role is based in North Hykeham and is to cover my Clients very busy period, the role will need you to have an excellent telephone manner, be sympathetic and able to problem solve, be dedicated and work within a team environment also having exceptional communication skills on all levels

You will be required to answer incoming calls and emails within specified time, speak to my Client’s customers, listening to their wants and needs and communication at an acceptable level, be able to resolve their issues and concerns and have accurate data input in relation to customer records
