Sales Development Executive

Are you a driven and professional salesperson looking for a new challenge within an existing team? My client has an existing and loyal wide client base but is seeking to expand that with the recruitment of a new Sales Development Executive to join the team reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director

You will be responsible for managing and developing a client base composed of existing and potential customers and for maximising the sales revenue and grow new service based activity.

Your duties will include:
• Maximising fee revenue streams from a range of existing and newly developed services delivered via telephone sales and email contact.
• Actively promoting the multi-channel promotional opportunities available to reach clients by telephone sales calls and email contact.
• Build relationships with internal departments to maximise information flow.
• Ensure that all sales contacts are added to the sales department database and that records are continually updated.
• Comply with all policies including Health and Safety policy, and the Disability Discrimination Act or any other legislation which may be in force in the performance of the duties of the post.
• To comply with all aspects of the Data Protection Act.
• Undertake any other duties commensurate with the general level of the post as required.

Your likely profile:
• Proven success of developing client relationships and developing new business with a creative sales approach.
• Proven success in a sales environment which has included telephone based sales and face to face work.
• A team player who can build and develop relationships with internal departments and external contacts.

In return, my client is expecting the basic starting salary to be £25,000 with a commission structure on top of that basic salary and a range of other employee benefits within the package.
