Sales and Administration Executive Maternity Cover
Working closely with the Sales Manager for technical/sales personnel.
Provide the admin support for sales orders from receipt of order, dispatch, invoicing, including liaison with production and customers as necessary for the full range of products and spares.
The scope of the job –
Responsibility for ensuring timely and correct delivery of products and spares orders in accordance with the contract.
To assist with technical enquiries from customers.
To liaise with the service and projects department with regards to products including warranty visits, installation and commissioning.
To communicate effective support to the company internal and external sales and service personnel as required from time to time.
To ensure a detailed knowledge of the products.
To comply with reasonable management instructions for the benefit of the Company as requested from time to time.
The main tasks of the job –
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all orders up to production/purchasing.
Prepare accurate and timely invoicing of orders.
Monitor the progress of order delivery to customer, ensuring on-time delivery by maintaining a loading list.
Liaise with customer on order progress and delivery.
Prepare management information reports as required.
A flexible approach is required which will, from time to time, necessitate the need for out of normal hours working to achieve the requirements of the role.
Working – 8.45am -13.45pm Mon-Fri (Fixed term 12 months)
Pay rater of £8.25ph – £8.75ph
