A dynamic consultancy company in central Grantham is looking for an accomplished co-ordinator to run their central mystery shopping operation.
The role will involve the daily management of the Telephone Mystery Shopping team which includes the recruitment, training and management of the callers who are predominantly part time or casual workers. some call centres are used and their management will also be part of the role.
The callers use a custom-built system which also stores the completed results from each call. The co-ordinator is responsible for making sure the data can be interpreted for presentation to clients who then use these results to look at training issues.
The index programme runs in Europe and Australia and the role will also require the applicant to support these operations as required.
Full training will be provided on the systems and the applicant must be competent using MS office and our CRM systems.
The role will include:
Liaising with the clients and introducing new clients to the index system
General Administration and month end reports
Recruitment, training and scheduling of callers
Support of callers with any issues around their calls and the system.
Reviewing quality standard of calls
Basic systems maintenance
Managing specific research campaigns to gather information via the mystery shoppers

Monday to Friday 09.00 till 17.00 37.5 hrs per week
£17,000 – £18,000
Office based in Grantham and some UK/Europe travel may be required
