HR and Compliance Manager

I am on the search for a highly professional HR and Compliance Manager to join the expanding team of my Client based in Lincoln, you will join their business development team, with the aim of nurturing and encouraging all aspects of HR whilst at the same time making sure that the business element is totally compliant to the standard regulations

You will need

Have excellent HR skills within a company with up to date knowledge of employment law
Have complete experience of the recruitment process and oversee the apprentice scheme
Able to train and development new and existing members of staff
Have knowledge and experience of compliance within a professional office ensuring that the business is working within the codes of practice for their industry
Be responsible for the day to day management of thee business reporting to the Senior team leaders
My ideal manager will be enthusiastic, inspiring, modern with a fresh and energetic approach to the role and all members of the team

Professional qualifications

Previous experience of working within a similar role
Hold HR qualifications CPP, CIPD or relevant HR qualifications

You will need to have dealt with difficult situations demonstrating a high level of control within the work place which will have led to a satisfactory conclusion, be able to organise your workload and work to tight deadlines and attend meeting with all levels of staff and management
