Our client located in a state of the art office building in Newark is currently seeking French Speaking Customer Helpdesk Advisors.

Full time 40 hours 5 of 7 day week £17,600
Part time (Minimum 20 hours) considered for the right candidate
Hours are between 5.30am – 10.00pm
30 min lunch break
Customer Service Helpdesk Advisors you will:
•Handle incoming Service & Support calls and emails
•Provide assistance to service users and any general customer requests for information concerning the product.
•Identify and capture any potential complaints and refer as necessary.
•Ensure that each customer contact received is handled in a courteous, efficient and effective manner.
The ideal Customer Service Executive will hold the following skills and experiences:
•Experience of working in a customer service role.
•Educated to GCSE level or equivalent including English and Mathematics.
•Enthusiastic and flexible approach with the ability to work as part of a team.
•Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
•Have a friendly and tactful personality
•Demonstrate the ability to make logical decisions, have excellent communication, problem solving and organisational skills
•Good computer skills across a number of software programs
•A good attention to detail and have a willingness to ask questions
•The ability to self motivate, to be a good team player and to use own initiative
**Must speak FRENCH
Candidates need to be passionate about delivering a world class service, with the ability to prioritise and time manage daily workloads, have a flexible approach to work and motivate others to do the same.
