Food & Beverage Manager
Our client who is based outside of Newark are looking for a food & beverage manager.
Working as part of the management team in all aspects of managing the day to day operations of the Hotel, Restaurant and Events in order to maximise profitability and to ensure superior service and product quality is maintained. To guarantee optimum guest relations and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests/customers to return. This is a hands on customer facing role so excellent customer awareness and standards required.
Experience in the hospitality environment would be beneficial.
Experience in management would be beneficial but not essential
Excellent communication skills in all directions.
Willingness to go the extra mile with a can do attitude.
Structured and disciplined.
Your own vehicle due to working hours and location.
Working Monday to Sunday – Rota's will be completed so that you will not be working every weekend
