We are recruiting a Customer Service Trainee for our client, a world class manufacturing company in Grantham?

We are looking for:
A team player that keeps the customer at the heart of everything they do and possesses a genuine desire to help.
Working within a team to deliver outstanding customer service
Learning to identify and help solve customer problems
A willingness and desire to learn
Clear professional friendly telephone manner.
Numerate (minimum of GCSE Maths A-C grade or equivalent)
Strong spelling and grammar – clear, accurate and concise written communication skills
Good attention to detail.
Computer Literate (including spreadsheet software)
Not afraid of technical details, having a basic knowledge of areas and sizes, in both metric and imperial (and knowing the difference)
Answering incoming calls, processing customer orders, greeting and dealing with walk in customers.
Setting up basic custom safety signs on computer software
Creating and sending quotations.
Calling customers to advise when orders are ready for collection
Assisting other team members
Salary packages include:

The hours will be from 9.30 to 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
