Client Support Advisor Full/Part Time

Our Client has a passion for helping clients achieve their business goals.

They require a capable Client Support Advisor on either full-time or part-time (30 hours per week) basis.

For this role you will be able to provide an excellent service to clients, in a compliance and support role, ensuring the smooth running of the bookkeeping, VAT, CIS and related services.

You will be responsible for completion and review of their compliance work, managing the client relationship and assisting the Client Manager, Account Manager and client team.

You will work with clients to keep their information is managed in a timely and accurate manner, resolve their queries and identify and address opportunities to improve the processes.

A strong relationship manager, you will build great working relationships with both the clients and the client team.

Requirements of the role include:

Some experience and understanding of the bookkeeping and VAT processes

It literacy – word, excel and also an advantage to have Xero experience.

Passionate about making a difference to client businesses.

Willing to learn and try new things.

Organised with good attention to detail – able to work on your own initiative and to deadlines.

A great sense of humour and an open mind, embracing new technology and working in a close-knit, small team.

Salary dependent on experience and suitability.
