Branch Customer Advisor – Sutton in Ashfield

As business continues to grow, a Branch Customer Advisor is now required to help contribute towards our clients growing success. You’ll be based at their offices in the Sutton in Ashfield area on a full-time permanent basis.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
•Experience within a similar position
•Face to face customer service experience
•IT literate
•Full UK driving License (cover at other branches may be required)
•Knowledge of banking/finance (Desirable)

The main purpose of the role is to provide excellent levels of service to customers within branch, promoting and upselling products and services.

Within this position, you’ll also be:
•Dealing with customers queries and providing excellent levels of service
•Actively upselling and promoting products and services in the branch to boost sales
•Providing back office cover on the switchboard
•Processing customer accounts and transactions and other admin tasks

Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £16,936 per annum + bonus and benefits (OTE £18,500)

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm with 2-3 Saturdays per month (working until lunch time) paid at overtime.
