After Sales Adviser (Motor Trade)

Are you a Service Adviser within the Motor Trade, would you like to work for a prestigious dealership then my Clients role is going to be your next career step
Based in Lincoln, my Client is a high end dealership working with a luxury motor product; I am looking for a Super Service Adviser for their After Sales Department
You will be required to
Meet and Greet Customer into the Aftersales Area
Listen and have attention to detail when hearing their wants and needs
Prepare the work sheet for the workshop, working alongside the Workshop Controllers to ensure all aspects are covered, have a working knowledge of Kerridge
Once work is complete handing the vehicle back to the customer going over all the work that has been carried out, ensuring that the customer is totally satisfied
Complete all warranty paperwork to the manufacturer’s specification

My Client is only looking for the best candidates to look after his customer base so you will need to be presentable, articulate, excellent customer facing, have attention to detail, able to have precise data entry

This is a Mon day to Friday role with Saturday mornings on a rota basis
